98% of products are dispatched within 1 business day. Please ensure your address is correct during checkout as our system cannot accept order cancellations after payment.

Allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Your item will be sent via courier or Australia Post depending on its size and weight. Check the individual product page for the delivery method.

All deliveries come with a unique tracking number, allowing you to trace your delivery online.

Buyers must provide the correct delivery address and mobile phone number at checkout. Address changes after checkout are not valid.

We offer Free Shipping on over 70% of our products to most metropolitan areas. Shipping costs may apply to areas outside our Free Shipping zones. Products with Free Shipping can also be picked up from our Seven Hills warehouse.

If goods are sent via Australia Post, you may receive a knock on the door or a card in your letterbox indicating your item is available for pickup from your local post office. A signature is required for collection.
A re-delivery fee will apply for items returned due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect from the post office.

Couriers will contact the nominated receiver via email with delivery updates once the item reaches the nearest depot. Use the tracking number provided to check delivery status.
Items are delivered during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours.
Couriers may require assistance unloading items from the vehicle. Deliveries are to the property entrance only.

For remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, and small towns, delivery to the nearest freight depot may be necessary.
