Dispatch Time

  • 98% of products are dispatched within 1 business day. Please ensure your address is correct during checkout as our system cannot accept order cancellations after payment.

Delivery Time

  • Allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Your item will be sent via courier or Australia Post depending on its size and weight. Check the individual product page for the delivery method.

Tracking

  • All deliveries come with a unique tracking number, allowing you to trace your delivery online.

PO Boxes

  • PO Boxes cannot receive items above 25kg or longer than one metre.

Address Accuracy

  • Buyers must provide the correct delivery address and mobile phone number at checkout. Address changes after checkout are not valid.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and postcode.

Free Shipping

  • We offer Free Shipping on over 70% of our products to most metropolitan areas. Shipping costs may apply to areas outside our Free Shipping zones.

Australia Post Deliveries

  • If goods are sent via Australia Post, you may receive a knock on the door or a card in your letterbox indicating your item is available for pickup from your local post office. A signature is required for collection.
  • A re-delivery fee will apply for items returned due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect from the post office.

Courier Deliveries

  • Couriers will contact the nominated receiver via email with delivery updates once the item reaches the nearest depot. Use the tracking number provided to check delivery status.
  • Items are delivered during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours.
  • Couriers may require assistance unloading items from the vehicle. Deliveries are to the property entrance only.
  • A re-delivery fee will apply for items returned due to an incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

Remote Areas

  • For remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, and small towns, delivery to the nearest freight depot may be necessary.

Same Day Delivery – Sydney Metro 

On Demand – Afternoon

Select the On Demand -Afternoon service and order by 11am AEST to receive your order between 1pm-5pm the same day. Orders placed after 11am or on public holidays/weekends will be delivered during the same time slot on the next business day. This service is restricted to Sydney Metro postcodes. Size and weight limits also apply. Parcels are set to Authority to Leave.

On Demand – Tonight

Select the On Demand - Tonight service and order by 3pm AEST to receive your order between 6pm-9pm the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or on public holidays/weekends will be delivered during the same time slot on the next business day. This service is restricted to Sydney Metro post codes. Size and weight limits also apply. Parcels are set to Authority to Leave.
